Houston Heat
Ingredients
.5 oz Taylor Port
2 oz tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz triple sec
1/2 oz agave syrup
2-3 slices of fresh jalapeño
Instructions
Muddle jalapeño with lime juice in a shaker.
Add tequila, triple sec, agave syrup, and ice, then shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled glass with a Tajín or salted rim if desired.
Float Taylor Port on top by pouring gently over a spoon.
Garnish and serve.
